Implemetation and Benfits would be very subjective depending on the firm looking to implement the same. Are you looking for a software or looking to implement one? We are a software promoter and if your looking for one we could after studying your system give you a brief on implementation and benefits.

The use and scope of HRIS in an organization depends on the level of growth of its HR Department. In most cases it does not depend on the size of the organization but on the vision of the leadership about its Human Resources.
