Default Change from Personnel to HRM

Hii All,

I have been asked to prepare a proposal for our current Personnel Dept to change to HRM. Therefore, i kindly need your advise on what areas i should consider.

One thing I am sure that you must consider is Competency mapping and job designing. Also, may be Human resource auditing can form a part of it.

I would be glad to know somemore about this.

As of now, this is all that I can say.

Theme should be partnership with employees and treating them as internal Customer.

HRM is more strategic and therefore it makes sense to outsource non core activities like Payroll, staffing etc.
