That's simple

When you do the calculations of adding the digits and then subtracting the number from the actual number, you get a number multiple of nine and wow!!
all the number which are multiples of nine have the same sign and this sign changes every time you refresh or restart.
So whatever, number you get as answer will be a multiple of nine and will display the same figure.
