Hi Dilip, I have been asked to do goal setting for the employees and I wanted some help on that.. Like what type of goals do we set for employees,what is the criteria for goal setting etc. If you have any samples, kindly send it to my gmail

when u say goal setting for employee , just tell me if u r into hr, admin or any other function...it sounds as u r into an IT company...or some new comming up company... if u get me this basik details i will reply u very next day... with some precise details... which u can directly use it... goal setting is a very wide spectrum... be little specific...
