| Career & Personal Development Plan Hallow,
I have been selected by my company as potentiol candidate to be developed to be a future Dept. Head. Morever i have been requested to draft my own CPDP as follow:
- to identify my career goal and experience i need to achieve it.
- to identify my objective with regard to my next career move.
- to identify my skills and competencies targeted for development.
I should write this in spesific objectives and action steps tat i will focus in the next six months. FYI my next career move is to be Asst. HRM by next year & to be HRM by 2009, Therefore i kindly need your expertise on how i should do this.
