HR generalist handling Recruitment, Induction, Employee relations, Manpower planning, Performance Appraisals, Team Management, Exit analysis, Retail Operations. An energetic, self-motivated and hard working person, having Strong Communication, Coordination & Leadership skills. Able to use own initiative and as part of a team. Versatile and learns new tasks/skills quickly. Have such diverse experience in almost all the areas which enables to pick up and deliver solutions accurately and quickly.
