Myself an HR Professional is looking forward to revamp the Recruitment process...
I am basically looking forward to design an Interview Assesment Form, which different than those Thomas profiling and all..as we are not looking into invest in them & trying to frame a small test by our own..
Would be obliged to receive some guidance from you.
Well there's a query to it..
Would like to know if its really advisable & promising to frame an Interview Assessment Form or a Test Form on the basis of its behavioural competencies as well as its functional competencies, hirearch wise..
For eg.. Sales Dpt..- Executive, manager , General Manager
Quality Dpt., Logistics Dpt, Purchase Dpt.etc
Would request your help, on the basis of Interview Test & Forms followed in other corporates... |
