Hello everyone

I am Chaitanya, a MBA student specializing in HR

I am looking for complete model of Performance management system being used by any organization.
I have to study such model with specific to that compnay as part of my course.
But as i really dont have any contacts in industry, such information is very hard to come by. I have tried a lot.

If any one have such model being used in India ....please i need your support.
