Default Vendor Trainers

Hi Folks:

I'm planning to organize an external workshop for the managers and team leaders of my company. However, the vendors with whom the company is looking forward to take up with I feel are unprofessional.

They never give a timely response to the e-mails sent to them because of which it becomes extremely difficult for me to co-ordinate and re-co-ordinate when things don't work as planned due to their late or no responses. When I'd co-ordinated with the participants and fixed a schedule for the vendor trainer to interact with them they arrived pretty late on that day and further didn't even care to inform in advance about it. I'd requested for the Vendor Trainers profile. They replied to me however, I couldn't find any Trainer Profile attached with e-mail they sent. Immediately, I brought this to their notice however, till date I'ven't heard from them. I find it very difficult to put up with their unprofessionalism.

How can I diplomatically and assertively communicate via e-mail that such unprofessionalism want to entertained?

Please guide and suggest.

Thanks.

Regards,
KVE

Default Hope this helps

Sorry to read that you had to put up with such an unprofessional behaviour. As for solution to this problem would be to insist on framing a contract letter in such a manner that pre-training, training and post training activties are covered with a clause that in case of inadequate service at any stage of association, either party has a right to terminate the contract.

Of course the scope of service is something which you and your vendor will have to decide upon.

Hope the suggestion is fruitful.

Default Soft Skill and Behavioural Training

Dear KVE,

I really regret for what happened to you. There are unprofessional elements in every industry and training profession is no exception. However, this minuscule percentage does not sum the trainers' fraternity as a whole.

I myself conduct the training. Therefore, it would be the one-stop-shop for you and you will not be required to deal with any second party outsourced trainer.

I take this opportunity for my introduction. I am Bangalore-based Soft Skill and Behavioural Training Consultant. I handle training assignments across the spectrum of industries. In addition to Bangalore, I have clients in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore etc.

The differentiation of my training is as below:

a) Very strong on content
b) My focus on controlling invisible cost through soft skill training
c) Conducting Psychometric wherever required.
d) Above all ensuring positive change takes place because of the training.

To make you aware of my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this mail. It will give you information about my training activities and the list of the training programmes that I conduct.

I look forward for positive association with your company
.

Warm regards,
