annual leave calculation must be taken on 24days of work is equal to 1 Leave. The worker should be present signature in mastor roll book for 244 days including CL, SL, & EL & holidays. It depends on company term conditions whether to include holidays & leaves. Eg. If employee present for 300 days then the leave calculation is 300/12months.
