Balance Score Card - Performance Metrics for IT

Dear All,

I am working on creating a balance score card for my company. Since it is an IT firm, i am not sure what are the parameters to be considered towards PMS. Please help me if you have worked on a similar IT Model. Sharing your models will give me more ideas to work on the score card.
