Esi Sub Code

Hi,
Request you to kindly provide me the proces and document required for creating the ESIC sub code in different location, if the company is registed under ESIC at Mumbai. Also, can we get new ESIC code for all the location, insted of Sub Code creation.

Hi

For applying Sub code you have to fill sub code application available at Regional office in all states and prerequisit documents are MOU & C11 copy.

You can also take the ESIC code for the other location but you have to show the different identity instead of Branch. And the whole process is same for taking code as you have taken it for Head office (HO)
