Salary during maternity leave period for women coming under E.S.I. Is it full payment as you get through company for the month.

Is the employee coming under ESI entitled for full salary during maternity leave period(12 weeks) and who pays the salary, whether company or E.S.I.If the employee desires to show to private doctor for delivery, is she entitled to reimburse the delivery amount. What are the formalities for leave and salary to be complied by an employee during maternity with E.S.I if she desires to show to private doctor.
