What are the standing orders of a factory
(ii) What is the welfare fund and Er1? And Er2?
(iii) If a company maintain his Salary File (in Excel sheet), then it is necessary to maintain manual Salary or wages Register?
(iv) A worker suspended by the employer in feb 08 due to strike and now he want Suspension Allowance (Full salFeb08 to Aug-0. Then What I could I DO
(v) Who Maintain Form A,B,C,D Related to Bonus A/C or HR , If HR then How
(vi) What are the other Return & Record to be maintain Exclude PF and ESI and Bonus?
(vii) What is Form 34,35,86,105,28 and 8

we will take one by one.
1.standing orders are service rules or u can say rules and regulations
to run an establishment.in UP if it is a factory u have to get your standing orders certified from deupty labour commissioner..
2.ER! &E R 2 are returns for employment exchange.
3.maintain salary file or any record through computer
you need not to maintain manually but u have to take exemption from director of factories kanpur u.p..
4.suspended in feb08 and asking full salary from feb to aug 08
dear what action u have taken after suspension
u can not keep some one suspended indefnitely .you have to issue him charge sheet ,conduct domestic enquiry after that if it is found that he is not guilty than u have to pay him in full.
5who maintain A<B<Band D register of bonus
A&B register is to be prepared by accounts because it has got lot of complications to be prepared by acoounts to calculate set on and set of
C and D register to be maintained by HR>
