sample questionnaire on recruitment and selection

I being an hr person want to benchmark the recruitment process of my company with that of the other. so i want to prepare a questionaire on this.In order to do this i want to know what all things is to be taken into concedaration while doing this process and i also want a sample questionaire of this process.

It would be better for you to design a questionnaire and ask for developments, rather than asking the people to contribute in which ever way they like.
Follow what I say to achieve better constructive results.

hi,

i would agree with Vinay, why dont you look at your ow rquirements and then develop a questionnaire. make sure you undertake as much as reading possible on the subject. once the questionnaire is developed you better share with experts or friends for advice. this way you could develop a better questionaire.
