If you take the key steps and prepare a questionnaire to asses if those steps are being followed, you may be able to get somewhere.
I being an hr person want to benchmark the recruitment process of my company with that of the other. so i want to prepare a questionaire on this.In order to do this i want to know what all things is to be taken into concedaration while doing this process and i also want a sample questionaire of this process.
