hi friends
m new to this cite and in HR field also.have just complted my HR Diploma and enrolled for MBA (CORRESPONDENCE). as now m getting jobs into consultancy as HR Recruiter.i just wnted to know that will i after complting my MBA from corresopndence n having one year regular diploma course and 2 years of experience into HR ,will i get a good job into some good company? Will at dat time my MBA from correspondence will be taken into consideration? coz at this point of time all company's are asking for MBA.bt will my corresomndence degree will be gvn consideration or not.
Please help me out as if it would only den i would pay my fees for my MBA program.
