We are looking to hire Free Lance HR Consultants to handle Middle/Senior/junior. level recruitments across BPO/Call centre verticals. We are currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated people-person to join our firm as a Freelance/Part Time Recruiter. Experience in recruiting within a similar sector would be an added advantage .The desirous person should have following

- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Able to work independantly
- Aptitude to learn and scale up as the job evolves

You do not need to be office bound, as this will effectively depend on your ability to work on your own terms.

Ideally you should be an experienced recruiter, a self motivator, and someone who continuously looks to build on and improve existing systems.This is purely a business relationship; therefore you will be working as an independent contractor.

Complete anonymity will be maintained on your request in such cases.

The remuneration package will be 50% (of the applicable fees minus TDS) for junior levels and 3% of CTC for Senior levels .once you confirm your intent to join the team. We confirm that you won’t be disappointed with the package.

THISis a new approach to solve the Talent acquisition problem and aims to reach to those qualified people who are otherwise not accessible. They can only be reached through the power of referrals and is a refferal based SYSTEM .
Even the HR's of the companies are free to join this programme .In case if the HR gets a candidate selected in a company after putting our referral ,he shall be entitled to the payment The list of companies which we are presently working are as follows
