Dear Friends
I have one doubt for a very long time which I would like to clarify
Suppose the M.W. in Maharashtra as on today for skilled person is
Basic 3330
DA 710
Total 4040
HRA 202 taken on Basic + DA 5%
Gross 4242
If I prepare my sal struct as
Basic 3330
HRA 750
Gross 4080
Is this acceptable as it is over the M.W. prescribed by the Govt.. As the DA component prescribed is not mentioned but the minimum Basic prescribed by the Govt. has been kept it is okay in the terms of law.
Should the HRA be cal. on Basic + DA or only Basic as per the M.W. |
