Hey
I’m a HR manager in the oil gas sector. I have some staff working in the Middle East (namely in the Emirates) however they are all engineers and Geologists. I can give some figures for expat staff in those areas
Best regards,

Hi Divya,

You have not mentioned which profile selected when joining the company, is it HR, Operations or Admin? However, to begin with, arrange material on Company's profile, ethics, policies and the customers from the internal sources. Speak with the senior people from your depatment. If you have been given multiple responsibilities then devide your task as per the requirement. If u've joined in HR, search for the best materials on HR practices be it hiring, IR, trainings etc.

We wish you all the luck in the world!
