Integration of Employees who are out of head office

Hi All,

We have sales executive, sales manager, production managers and engineers all over India. As an HR I am given task of integrating all the employees and make them feel they are part of one group.

One of the idea I have thought is sending card and flower to all employees during their birthday.

Suggestions requested from all.

Hi Ritu,
I am faced with a similar challenge and to conquer this we have introduced a CRM which will monitor the Branch unit. Also, we can have sms sent through servers to keep these employees updated on the important communication.

How much do they charge for sms.....

For the Customized CRM the cost was around 1.5 lacs. so you would really need to present this idea to your sr management for getting it sanctioned.
