Recognition and rewards - are there any surveys/studies made to know the reaction of employees?
Hi friends recognition and rewards play very important role in hr profession. there are so many organizations which are practicing various unique recognition and reward management policies. these need not be in the form of extending monetary benefits. there are schemes like employee of the month star performer or to send birthday wishes to the employees and their family members there are so many schemes and even a suggestion scheme also is a part of this recognition scheme. i request the friends to share such kind of schemes known to them to recognize and reward the employees. moreover what was the impact of such recognition and reward schemes? are there any surveys/studies made to know the reaction of employees? how far these schemes are useful in enhancing the morale and motivation of employees ? let s share our thoughts. good luck :
