Hello Every one,
First time here. :)

As our company is going to do PA process.. and they have distributed forms to every one...but i not getting a thing that how should i fill it up...

so any one with sample filled up form... i am working in IT sector as an software engineer.

my form contains fields like
1. Achievements
2. Existing Strengths
3. Area Of Improvements

i don't know what to right in it.
