'n' numbers of responsibilities are there.......... Hello tejaswini, There are many duties and responsibilities that you have to do in your job as a "Finance" Person. I think based on your query i could understand that you have less years of experience that to in a specific area, right., So, here some of the duties which i know, You have to act as a, 1. Cost controller 2. Financial planning manager 3. Financial consultant 4. Manpower cost controller - Because strength is 12-15 employees 5. Financial Advisor Etc., All these roles specifies about how to invest, how much to invest and planning. Since it is a small IT company in it growth prospect you have to keen on your spending and expenditures. Recruiting quality manpower reduces unnecessary spending in manpower, controlling day-to-day expenditures, etc., Then also you have major role in marketing your product and getting & making profits out of it.
