Rajeevbhai,

I must say you have undermined your education and time you spend on persuing PGDBM in IR & PM.(one year). But let me tell your fear is purely a inferrority complex emerged out of branded B-school/Deemed University/ Premier Institutes kind scandal mongering by some illeterates in corporates who graduated from these institutes and lobbying for protection coverage under this branding and myth spreading.

This illetrate tendencies to label degrees like stickers and posters has no recognitions in global market. Education standard all over in India is at par whether you did from Universities or Deemed Universities or some xyz institutes because degre is just license to practice profession of your sepcialization. Altimately your brain will yeild the output. Formal UGC administered University education is only recognised qualification for employment in Public Sector Companies. There are many fake universities being operated all over India.
Secondly non of these so called branded institutes or deemed universities have done nothing signifacant to achieve nomination for nobel prize. At least Indian University Graduates have been not only nominated for Nobel Prize they also emerged as winners but not any one from these so called B-Schools or Institutes have been nominated for nobel prize.
Their education has no special distinction or validity in overseas market and for working abroad your formal Two years Masters Degree from recognised Univeristy is enough and valid worldwide to practice your profession. May you persue education from foreign univeristy from targeted country to register for certified professional in respective country will be better option than doing something from Indian branded institutes you can at least work abroad and earn 10 times more than in India.

This is my advise.

Regards

sawant
