Hi Friends,
I have to complete my HRMS report by 25th of this month and i have no idea hw to prepare a report as in what all need to be included hw to start ....
Please mail me an overview so that i can get started with it.
My project is mapping the HR process with the system.
If anyone has a project report they had done on HRMS implementation could you plz e-mail me a copy so that i have an idea as to how to go about preparing the project report........
Appreciate even the tiniest info.

HI Payal,
KIndly search citehr where I have posted a couple of reports or dissertations. They are not in the field of HR but they you an idea of the structure and how it is done.
HOw long should your reort be? I wonder why you have left it so late. Normally, in UK students starts months before the project report is due. They also have a staff guide who directs them in the right way. Do you not have such a scheme in your place?
