 All work, no play for finance professionals
I read this article,couple of days back.......
More than half of all professionals in the finance sector do not use their annual leave allowance.
According to a recent online poll by finance recruiter FSS, 40% of those in the finance sector who do not use their holiday allowance said it is because they are too busy at work. And of those who have taken leave, a third said they had to work while on holiday.
A quarter of finance professionals also said that they would rather trade in some of their holidays for other benefits, such as a company car or gym membership.
