Job Description

Recruitment & Selection - Handle End-to-End process. Sourcing of candidates, conducting interviews, placing a candidate followed by Induction. Maintaining MIS of all the positions.
Compensation & Benefits - Resolving employee queries over payroll. Work out annual Merit Increase for Team Members. Responsible for Monthly OT Calculations & Comp report.
HRIS - Maintain Employee personal records including Salaries, in online HRIS database.
Employee Movements - Manage end-to-end process of Promotions, Transfers, and Exits.
Performance Management - Maintain Records of Employees Appraisal forms and identify & analyze training needs out of it.
Training & Development. Coordinate Training Programmes (Soft Skills related internal / external) and maintain all employee Training records.
Minimum Requirement
MBA from a reputed Management Institutes only, with 1-3 years post qualification Industry experience.
Having impactful Communication skills and effective Interpersonal relations, at all levels of organization.
Self-Starter and should take initiatives. Ability to work in Team. And Customer Focussed.
