Bad Boss....

Hi friends,

I am working in a software company as a HR, we have team of 10 .our boss give partiality to 2-3 members in our team and make use of them ,and make others to work and point out for every thing done..he shout on others if those 3 not works properly as it is the mistake of remaining members...in that 3 one collegue makes blunders relates to work...even though he wont say anything but shout on remaining who relates to that area... some times he will be friendly towards every one..but most of the time behave as sadist....he wants to implement all new initiatives in the company with out considering the applicability factors of the company and make us force to do all.. we are frustated with our boss... can any one help by giving suggestions for this problem..wheather to leave the organisation..or to do continue......he supports who wont works...he criticise who work...he wants the teammates to priase him all the time and pamper him ...but we all are not that category like other 3 do ........

please give any suggestion regarding this ASAP.

Hiii,
your view primafacie shows that, the ognaisation is not having a good working culture as well as senior management is not aware about what is going at lower level. The best way is to show the fact to the senior most manager. Now a days, every organisation is having buttering and internal politics but still in private sector cannot bipass the quality. Some salt stones are there is good quality of milk and no body will prevent that.
