Hi all

i wondered if any of you have a mechanism in place to share learning in a team

ie talking about what works well and whats gone wrong and then what the learning points are

interested to hear your ways of working with this

Hi Phil,

Its a great idea to share whats worked andwhats not to avoid duplication of efforts. In my prreviouscompan each one of us did something new all the time and the best way for us to share it was at a staff meeting where each department highlighted there success and concerns. Since these were held once a week or every fortnight it was enough time for everyone to have something to share.

If its a big company a monthly e-newsletter would be a great way to share important events or other things you may want to communicate.
