Default Website for EX-Servicemen and Retiring Service Personnel

Hi all Faujis, ex Faujis, and all the Headhunters,

Its finally there - A website by the Faujis, for the Faujis and of the Faujis.

It is a beginning of a great journey by a team of Faujis and ex-Faujis.

For the first time, a platform has been made to get the Veterans and transitioning Armed Forces Personnel together.

The name - XISF - stands for eX Indian Security Forces.

Apart from jobs, it will offer networking, socialising, mentoring and publishing services. Its a self-financed venture, so the pace will be steady.

So all interested, log on to www.xisf.in and give your comments.

Default India's first Online Veteran Community

Hey all,

I wonder if you know that www.xisf.in is India's first online veteran community. It aims at three aspects which are very important for all veterans: -
1. Creating opportunities.
2. Job offerings and postings.
3. Socialising and Networking.

So log on, all veterans and those planning to retire, and start afresh!

Cheers

Hi..nsnarang,

May I know where you are in posting and what is your work profile for we can share each other and with others all,

My suggetion is that, why you are not put up the proposal to your seniors for each and every section, platoon, unit, sectors,HQ peoples must have their e mail ids as they can send their interests with their collegues about their work profile and problems sharing and suggetions on their situations, i think I each and every Jawan is getting computer Literacy they can develop their personal growth alongwith with proffessional, Computer literacy can change their present attitudes and make them update Jawan with current society, Today, our some jawans are not knowing english writing and sepeaking, At platoon level english training is very necessary to develop their knowledge, I hope, you will propose my dreams as I seen in my MILITARY SERVICE, but I can't full fill to my collegues because, I leave the MILITARY after 10.5 year service for my personal problems, I hope you will full fill.

I'm waiting for your reply, realy I'm very happy, we are having this site to share our thoughts and interest,

Yours

LR.
