Audit of Business Goals/Strategy

You have asked a very good question what one needs to do is to Audit on following points. These are from Business Excellence Model of EFQM. For example the from the first point one can deternine if the the Organization has a process to gather and understand the market information etc.

The following points will be good guidelines for any strategy audit. Based on these points whether the leadership in the organization is developing vision, mission and values and how the vision - mission values are communicated to all people in the organisation as also other stakeholders.

Although it is long mail - Hope you will find it useful. You may get more details on this model at http://www.efqm.org/ In case you need more information please let me know

Hello Amruta,
You need to give more details about where you are going to do the project, what sort of an organisation you are considering, how much time have you got, what is the nature of the project, etc., in order to guide you properly.
also see my post regarding the differences amongst internship reports, project and academic dissertaions.
Wish you all the best.

Amruta,
Good effort!
Probably your audit supervisor did not guide you properly on the pres.
The presentation prepared by you looks ( pl. excuse me ) plain "copy and paste" from the net. The presenation is so vast that I doubt anybody esp. in Big 4 Accounting and Consulting firm like mine, will have the time to go through it.
A presentation should be crisp with bullet points, aligned, formatted, views sequenced with appropriate headings, pic/graphics where appropriate etc . This is very very important.
Please do not misunderstand me, I also made mistakes.
Good Luck !
Regards
Ak
