Dear All,

Thanks for the encouraging feedback on my threads. This time i am attaching Self Reference / Short Module on Johari window.

Topic: Johari Window!!

Duration : 2.5 hrours (without activity. Activities around communication can be woven around it or it can be run for Self Reference)

Mode : Theory and Self -Evaluation Questionnaire

Delivered: 12 sessions (completed)

Topic Brief: Purpose, What is Johari Window Model, Feedback, Johari Window Panes, Behaviour / Actions Cause Panes to Move / Change Size, Reasons for Giving & Receiving Feedback, Guidelines for Giving & Receiving Feedback, What you can do with Feedback, Johari Window Questionnaire, Johari Window Exercise.

Target Audience: General Audience. Best to be used as a Preparation before Goal Setting Exercise or During Appraisal in a Performance Management Cycle.

The Johari window PPTs are great. The questionnaire is rarely available and people hardly know about it. One querry can we reduce the scale to 0 -5. I am not sure about it. Still I have my own interest to know about it.
