How to identify the "Real" Resume Hi, though I have been in the industry for quite some time - there is always a challenge to hire the right candidate - especially with good experieince. I am looking at tips on how to identify
1. The depth and breadth of one knowledge by looking at the resume
2. How to look at an Architect Profile vis-a-vis a Designer / Developer profile - especially if it involves EAI and EDI technologies
3. How to identify a ERP User profile vis-a-vis a ERP developer profile
In the given scenario today - most of the resumes are written by professionals and there are lots of organization who help them to write.
I am looking at basic checklist , any thoughts that could be used while intial screening to identify the right candidates.
