Hi,
For client service you can depute the name as "KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER" or "MANAGER-KEY ACCOUNTS" & for Tech. Support you can depute as "BDM-TECHNICAL SUPPORT".

Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide outstanding leadership and oversight of Client Service Delivery. · At least five years of relationship management experience.

· Demonstrated understanding of the financial industry, products, policies and procedures.
