Hello Everybody!

I am very much new to this site and would like to get familiar with a few HR professionals. I am working with Jetair ( UK ) Ltd in london as HR Administrator and currently on my maternity leave. While i am doing a full time job at home looking after my 10 month old baby, i am doing a CIPD certified course in Human resources. CIPD is a highly recognised institution in the UK and Europe. Having been out of touch with studies, i find it slightly difficult now to do so, when my hands are absolutely full looking after the baby. I am doing an assignment on framing stuctured interviews and framing interviews using competancy based questions. I would appreciate if anyone could offer any help on this subject. I am using the 'funnel approach technique' but if anybody could highlight any further on this please..
