I m workin' 4 a garment industry in tamil nadu, i wud request some1 i n d forum to help me to know how the mediclaim amount is calculated, like, is is calculated on the % basis or in Rs basis. I hv another doubt, like, does that differs depending on their industry. Do let me know in what all ways u cud explain.
