as i m doing my project at VSNL on attrition analysis all india level.
i got the data(march 05-march06) and i ve calculated attrition rate month wise n also find out the reasons, attrition rate is maximum in july-2% and oct-1.66% the reasons behind it are Lack of growth opportunity, work area issue and compensation. plz tel me how to overcome these reasons and what suggestion i can provide?

The attrition analysis can be done by different ways....
Attaching the doc for reference.
Also, the same can be taken up a step further - by calculating using "weighted average attrition method"
