Looking for a Human Resources Career in Singapore

let me introduce myself, I am Naresh Koduri, presently representing MEDEPRESENCE Technology center of Excellence Pvt ltd, Hyderabad, India as HR Manager

I have a total experience of 7.9 in Human Resources. My work background have supplied me with many skills. My qualifications make me well suited to the all HR areas .

I want to build a strong HR career with work great work experience in Singapore.

Please help me in this regard how do i go ahead to get the opportunities in singapore.

I had already posted my CV in most of all the singapore major job portals.

But most of all the companies are preferring natives or candidates presently residing in singapore.

I can go a visiting visa, search for job and change my visa status once i get the opportunity. Is this adviseable
