I come to know in the month of April that Building and Other Constructions Workers Welfare Cess Act is retrospectively applicable in the State of Maharashtra from 1st Jan 2008.
I request CiteHr members if they are having Government Resolution/Notifications regarding same and rules framed thereunder.
