Hi Good Morning To all of you, I am looking for some information on shop and establishment act - Maharashtra Rules as i want to frame one policy for the daily paid workers in my organisation like peons,cleaner etc who are getting payment of rs.2500pm and no overtime and leaves. I want to know what are main components and basic salary structure this kind of cadre as per maharashtra rules. our is is a distributor firm with a turnover of 12crore and it is two year old in india. i will be higly oblized if some one could guide me over this.

Hi, If u want register your firm under shops and establishment act you may fill the Form 1 and submitt to Dustrict Asst. labour Officer then he will give a certificate on your firm. regards Vinod. Ch
