Please note that I have worked in ABC company from July 8 2008 to July 13 2013, and i want to know that whether i am entitled for Superannuation or not as my friends has got the their superannuation amount for the period for which they have served.
Please let me know that will i be getting this amount as i am in need of money and this is my money.

Hi,
I worked in one organisation previously for 8 years and left the organisation last year. Currently working for another employer. I have received 2 and half lakhs Rs. as accumulated superannuation benefit. And while crediting the money into my bank account 5% of TDS was deducted by the ex employer. Please let me know which section I should put this component. If I show it as a part of my income then 20% tax will be deducted (currently im in 20% tax slab). Please help me.
