Default full & final

Good after noon friends

One months before my organization ended service of a staff who's salary was 12000/-.that time we were giving him his salary & one month notice but till now he didn't take his full and final his requirement is

One month notice
compensation @ 15 days per year
Bonus

Our company is lumpsum 4 years old so no body can pressed for bonus.Please suggest me what is a legal thing.what will we have to pay him legaly.

dear sujay
legally he is correct ,we should pay retrenchment compensation @15 days salary for every one year of service.
as regard to bonus it is not a question how much old the company is,you have the infancy period of 5 years but if you start earning profit before 5 years from the same period company isliable to pay bonus.
