Post please guide me..its urgent

Hello all,
I have just completed my DHRM from NMIMS. Prior to this I was working as a school counselor in a reputed school. I have done my P.G in School Counseling and now I want to make my career in HR as I can relate Psychology and HR very well. I am really confused that in present scenario which field has more scope "training and development" or "recruitment". Basically my major confusion is that should I start my career from training institute which offers training to corporate but the organisation is not very famous or should I start from a well known consultancy and then gradually move towards recruitment in corporate. As of now I have these two options as I am a fresher in HR and so getting a generalist profile is difficult. It would be great if I get some guidance from you.Waiting for your reply.
Thanks

Smile Suggestions

Rajeev,
First n foremost thing is that "what is your Interest Area",either Training or in Recruitment-these tqo are different aspects of HR

But, according too my Experience & Knowlege Go for Training as it has a wider scope,it will personally & professional develops your personality, you will become Extrovert.

See wat i belive is that u will prosper more in this field-Corporate Trainer are in great demand like int he field of Insurance,Along with this Financial part is also very good.

This is my suggestion, but decission is on u afterall it's your Career.
