| |  Finding sources for recruitment
Hi All
I'm a recruiter and finding different sources for recruiting people. I do not use job portals as they are all similar. So please help me finding out sources where i can tap qualified candidates.

Hiii
Thank u very much for your reply. We have been using employee referrals. but its not very effective. Since mine is a start up company, please suggest some costless ways of recruiting people.

internal sources are considered to be cost effective.................but if you don't want those.............for what position you are looking for a source...........

we r basically looking into IT guys who r into software development. we only recruit professionals with exp of more than 3+ yrs for middle management level.
