Hi Anu

I believe employee referrel is the best cost effective solution for recruitment.In this case you can post the requirement through intranet to all employees .If anybody joines through reference .The referee will get the perks ( should be decide on grade level) only when the appointed employee completes 6 months in service & at that time referee & referred person should be there in service.

Urgent requirement for Filenet testers with min experience of 1+ yrs and Unix and C developers with min experience of 2+ yrs for IBM chennai... Please refer any of your friends who matches with these requirements

You could tie up with a few good HR consultants who would pass on their contacts for a fee.
