Hi,

First of all, congratulations on getting a job in an IT rectt consultancy. Please see if your employer has any probable client list. See if any of them were not followed up. You can make follow up calls and get a client.

2. Try to get the names of the hiring managers of the companies where your friends work. Try to contact them and convince them

3. Prepare a list of all the companies as per your organization's guidelines and try to get the board numbers of the companies and then call and ask for the HR team.

4. Since you have done your MBA. See if your college was visited by any companies ofr campus interviews. They will have the contact person's numbers, you can take them and contact them for business.

These are some of the ways by which you can try to bring business for your organization.

All the best for your career and hope this works out for you.

HI Prathyusha.

Greeting on your new job,

One quick Idea what i can give you is you can check the naukri Site ... and the number of openings there menintioned for a particular company with the contact numbers and personnel E-Mail Id for the concern person... contact them through the same ... may be they may willing to go for the Recruiters..... Or you seacr on Google the names oF IT Company(or which ever you are willing to go) with the contact number mentioned .. contact details as in most of the website the contact details are mentioned

Hope this will help you,

Cheers
