Good.
I suggest you also include 3 X 3 approach recommended by Mary ellen Guffy. It is available on net in her website.

May I request you to mail other ppts and materials to me for my academic purposes?

Hi Pracena,

Highly informative!! Thanks a lot.

Friends,

Greetings!!

Please give me some ideas,

Ours is a middle level organization in the training sector. We need to do something to go little closer to every employee of our organisation and touch base.

Our management wishes to create a better learning experience and environment for every one here. As of now we dont have a proper HR practise as such.We are quite ok with the Payroll management , but when it comes to Core HR practices like training, development, motivation, we are lagging behind, please give me some ideas which will make each and every employee feel that the management cares.

Expecting your valuable replies,

Thanks in Advance

Sharmila Shan
