EPF amendment reg. coverage of 10 or more employees - provident fund

Kindly let us know whether govt has approved the proposal of bringing industries with ten or more employees under the purview of the employees provident fund act against the earlier limit of 20 or mopre employees

Dear Narayanji,
The bill has introduced but it is yet to PASS in both houses of Central Govt., after words it will be amended and effective, till then previous provision remain unchanged.
