go for north indias largest educational group SGI... they have four big engineering colleges,four MBA colleges , 3 MCA college and the locations are Gr. Noida,Agra ,Mathura...you will find good talent as well as they may arrange the group canpus for near by region as well....

Hello Himanshu sir, you can also go for lucknow university as there is ample amount of talent as their admission criteria is CAT score, GD and PI.
